Welcome! I am a Lecturer of Economics at the University of Georgia (Terry College of Business). I hold a Ph.D. in Economics and specialize in Macroeconomics, Monetary Policy, and Labor Economics.
I teach Principles of Macroeconomics and Intermediate Macroeconomics. I am passionate about bridging the gap between theoretical models and real-world economic dynamics, helping students navigate current events through an economic lens.
My academic research explores how monetary policy decisions impact different segments of the labor market. I am particularly interested in the welfare implications of inflation targeting and how policy can be optimized to support low-skilled workers and reduce labor market volatility.
